These terms set out the agreement between Panya and learners who use our website and enrol in our programmes. Please read them at your own pace.

- Panya, the AI development online school operating at 99 Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
- "User" / "you" / "learner"
- Any individual who accesses our website or enrols in one of our programmes.
- "Service"
- Our website and all online educational programmes, materials, and communications offered by Panya.
- "Content"
- All text, videos, exercises, code samples, assessments, and other materials provided as part of our programmes.
- "Agreement"
- These Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Our programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Service Description
Panya provides online educational programmes in AI development and machine learning. Our current programmes are:
Foundations of AI Development — ฿3,600
A self-paced introductory programme covering programming basics for machine learning and core AI concepts.
Applied Machine Learning Program — ฿5,800
An intermediate programme with hands-on projects, mentor feedback, and structured pacing.
Advanced AI Engineering Track — ฿7,900
A thorough programme covering model deployment and a guided capstone project.
We reserve the right to update programme content, structure, or availability with reasonable notice. Access to programmes is primarily available to learners based in Thailand, though we may accept enquiries from other regions at our discretion.
4. Learner Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another person. We may suspend or close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being misused.
5. User Responsibilities
We ask that you engage with our programmes and community respectfully and honestly. The following are not permitted:
- Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course materials without our written permission
- Attempting to access areas of the site or course platform you are not authorised to use
- Submitting work that is not your own for assessed exercises
- Engaging in conduct that is disrespectful toward other learners, mentors, or Panya staff
- Using our service for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these terms
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and website content produced by Panya remain our intellectual property. Upon enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme materials for your own study.
You may not copy, share, sell, or republish our content without prior written consent. Any personal notes or projects you create during your studies remain your own.
7. Payment Terms
Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are due at the time of enrolment. Accepted payment methods are described during the enrolment process.
Refund policy: If you wish to withdraw from a programme, please contact us within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of the course materials. In such cases, we will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a refund minus any reasonable processing costs. Requests made after this window cannot normally be accommodated.
Programme fees do not include any taxes that may be applicable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any such taxes.
8. Course-Specific Terms
- Access to programme materials begins following confirmation of payment
- Self-paced programmes do not have a fixed completion deadline unless otherwise specified
- Completion of a programme and any associated assessment does not confer an accredited qualification; we provide a certificate of completion from Panya
- Mentors are available during agreed office hours and aim to respond to feedback submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically 3–5 working days
- We expect learners to approach coursework with care and honesty. Submissions should reflect your own understanding and work
We may update programme content over time to reflect developments in the field. Where this involves significant changes to an active programme you have enrolled in, we will communicate this to you in advance.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided in good faith and with care, but are offered "as is". We do not make specific promises about learning outcomes, employment prospects, or any other result of completing a programme, as these depend greatly on individual effort, background, and circumstances beyond our control.
Our content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional advice. For specific professional, legal, or technical decisions, we encourage you to consult a qualified specialist.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Panya's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings or business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use our services. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including technical outages or force majeure events) do not give rise to liability on our part.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Panya and its staff against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of our services, or any unlawful conduct on your part.
12. Termination
You may withdraw from a programme at any time by contacting us. Refunds are subject to the terms in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if a payment is not fulfilled, or if continuing to provide access would be inappropriate for any reasonable cause. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to reach out to us first so that we can try to resolve the matter informally and without the need for formal proceedings.
If an informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: This Agreement represents the complete agreement between you and Panya regarding its subject matter.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on another.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our consent. We may transfer our rights as part of a business reorganisation.
- Notices: We will communicate with you via the email address you provided. Please keep it current.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or a website announcement before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
